Returns
You have [5] calendar days to report any packing mistakes or defects from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. A video proof of a sealed parcel to an unsealed parcel to checking the goods one by one is required.

There are no exchanges/refunds for items such as:

• Minor colour differences due to the various shop lighting and differing colour perception in everyone's eyes
• Holes that are smaller than 3cm (easily mended)
• Stains that are washable/bleachable
• Minor measurement difference of 4cm and below
• Dislike the item/Does not look good on you

Refunds

We will arrange for the pick-up of the item and process the refund once we have collected it from you.

Please take note that there may be cases where we will ask you to cut the item to be eligible for a refund. Please cut the item and send us a photo. Any arguments are invalid, and no refunds will be given if you refuse to cut the item.

Additionally, we do not allow any cancellations or amendments to orders once they have been sent in. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct colours/size/quantity before checking out.
